History
Connor was a competitive Cross Country and Track & Field athlete which introduced him to the world of fitness and health. That interest led him to the University of Waterloo where he took Kinesiology and earned a Bachelor of Science. He also worked to earn a minor in Gerontology. A long history of running eventually lead to injury where it was a chiropractor that was able to get him back on his feet. Inspired from his experience, he is currently a student at the Canadian Chiropractic Memorial College earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Goal
Connor’s goal is to guide as many people as possible to healthy aging by spreading more health literacy in his community and encouraging people to be more active and aware of their own bodies. By making a small change now, you can prevent big problems later.

Passions
Connor loves to go for runs. He was fortunate to have team members and people running alongside him his entire life to motivate him to push himself and provide support. He has experience in coaching team members, ensuring proper warm up/cooldowns, planning challenging workouts and being a support for his teammates.
Connor also loves to go camping. It is a great change of environment, and you can’t beat falling asleep under the full view of stars! His favorite camping experiences have been Pictured Rocks Michigan.
