Registered massage therapy sessions range from 30 min to 90 min, with the most common being 60 min. The length of the session depends on every individual’s needs in conjunction with the therapist’s treatment plan.

You will be in a private and comfortable room. The Registered massage therapist will assess you, and customize a treatment tailored to your goals. Different techniques may be used depending on your individual needs.
