Tim earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where his passion for exercise biomechanics, strength training methodologies, and optimizing movement patterns for performance enhancement and injury prevention flourished. He is currently a Doctor of Chiropractic Student at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College further enhancing his knowledge and expertise and applying that to training his clients.
His overarching goal is to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to enhance their physical literacy, strength, mobility, and motor patterns. Whether you’re an athlete striving for high performance or an office worker aiming to improve well-being, he is dedicated to helping you excel in your pursuits.
He is particularly passionate about Olympic Weightlifting and strength and conditioning. He has had the privilege of refining his techniques alongside a former professional weightlifter from Team China. His experience extends to working with rep team and club-level young athletes in basketball and volleyball, providing tailored strength and conditioning programs, jump performance training, and pre/rehabilitation protocols.
